The 10 of Pentacles here is shown with the Crook and Flail crossed in the background - the symbol of Royalty in Ancient Egypt. The Scarab in the middle is the symbol of resurrection and rebirth or natural cycles.
Of course the suit of pentacles or coins is associated with money and prosperity so this card to me represents fortunes that are lost and regained over and over. It can indicate gambling or a cycle of loss and growth repeating itself again.
The Crook and Flail ads the element of power and legacy to this card which can mean fortunes gained from an inheritance - gaining from a source that is not your own which again could be thru gambling or a game of chance such as a lottery.
Like many tarot cards, the meaning of becomes clearer in a multi-card reading than alone, but as a single card, it generally indicates a financial gain of some kind.
